The Golden Thread is a product of Patter Labs, operated by Patter Intelligence Corporation. This page explains what this site collects and why.

What we collect

• If you leave your email or answer the survey: your email address (if you give it), your answers, and the link, email or ad that brought you to the page. Forms are handled by Formspree.
• If you pre-ordered during our October test: payment was handled by Stripe. We received your name, email and payment confirmation, never your card details.
• Site analytics: we use Google Analytics to count visits, see which links and ads bring people here, and count button clicks and form submissions.
• Session replay: we use PostHog to see how visitors move through the pages (scrolling, clicks, where people leave), so we can make them clearer. Anything typed into a form is hidden from these recordings.

How we use it

Only to send you the early look or the survey results you asked for, to arrange a call if you asked for one, to process any refund, and to understand which channels and problems matter most to project managers. We do not sell or rent your information.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your email and form answers at any time by writing to gilbert@patterlabs.ai. Payment records are kept as required for accounting.
